Welcome to Lovexis! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our dating app (“Lovexis” or “the App”). By accessing or using Lovexis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovexis.
By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Lovexis complies with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Lovexis.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
Lovexis reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Lovexis, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
Respect other users by not posting or sharing offensive, abusive, or harmful content.
Avoid impersonating others or creating fake profiles.
Not engage in spamming, solicitation, or advertising without our permission.
Refrain from attempting to disrupt or harm the App through hacking, viruses, or other malicious activities.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use Lovexis for fraudulent activities or to exploit others.
Share any content that violates intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
Engage in harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.
Use the App to distribute harmful or illegal materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Lovexis owns all intellectual property rights to the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, content, and features.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Lovexis without explicit written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or share on Lovexis (“User Content”).
By posting User Content, you grant Lovexis a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the operation of the App.
You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features of Lovexis may require payment, such as subscriptions, virtual gifts, or other in-app purchases.
All payments are final, and refunds are only issued at Lovexis’ discretion.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Lovexis to charge your chosen payment method.

8. Termination

Lovexis may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lovexis is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App or compatibility with your device.
Lovexis does not guarantee the success of any connections or relationships formed through the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Lovexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you to use the App.

11. Changes to the Terms

Lovexis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of Lovexis after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
